Prices and Terms & Conditions
Green Olive Trekking holidays are exclusive of flights. Flights to Palma,
Mallorca are available from several airports in the UK and there is a range
of operators providing flights throughout the year. If you require advice when
booking your flight please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.
For both hotels:
- Prices are per person for 7 nights accommodation
- Double/Twin room prices are based on 2 persons sharing with en suite facilities
- Single room prices are based on 1 person in a single room with en suite facilities

Bed and Breakfast: Double room/Twin room - £499pp, Single room - £565pp
Half Board (Evening meal): Double room/Twin room - £600pp, Single rooms – on request
Hotel Es Port 3*, Port de Soller
Bed and Breakfast: Double room/Twin room - £585pp, Single room - £766pp
Half Board (Evening meal): Double room/Twin room - £695pp, Single rooms – £866pp
Green Olive Trekking holidays run from Saturday to Saturday; please contact us
if you have any special requirements regarding the starting day of your holiday.
Terms & Conditions
MAKING YOUR BOOKING
- After availability of your chosen holiday is confirmed a deposit of £100 per person is required.
You can make this payment by sending a cheque or with a credit card over the phone you may incur
a small surcharge if paying by credit card.
- A confirmation invoice will be forwarded within two weeks of receipt of your booking.
- The balance of the payment must be made six weeks before the holiday departure date.
- If you book within the balance due period you must pay the full holiday price at the time of booking.
- If you do not pay the balance in time we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and retain your deposit.
- We reserve the right to make changes to or correct errors in prices at any time prior to you holiday being confirmed.
- If there are any changes to prices these will be confirmed at the time of booking.
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING MADE BY YOU
- Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed holiday you must notify us by e-mail
and in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will do all we can to assist you we cannot guarantee
your request will be possible. An amendment fee of £30 is payable for each holiday needing to be changed.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
- If you need to cancel your confirmed holiday you must let us know as soon as possible by e-mail and
in writing.
- The following cancellation fees will apply.
- Cancellation before 42 days- deposit.
- Between 42 and 29 days 40% of total holiday price.
- Between 28 and 15 days 50% of total holiday price.
- Between 14 and 8 days 70% of total holiday price.
- Within 7 days 100% of total holiday price.
- You may be able to recover some or all of these costs through your holiday insurance.
CANCELLATION BY US
- In the rare event of us having to cancel your holiday due to events outside our
control for example natural disaster or terrorist activity you will receive a full refund of the money
you have paid to us.
COMPLAINTS
- Let us know straight away if you have any complaints. Most problems can be sorted out quickly but
if you are still dissatisfied write to us when you get home with full details of your complaint.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- We do not provide flights as part of our service. It is your responsibility to check flight times
with the relevant airline and ensure you allow time for travel. We accept no responsibility for
cancelled or late flights; you may be able to claim for such occurrences through your insurance.
- You must ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance and that it is appropriate
for the activities you will be taking part in.
- When we accept a booking we assume a reasonable level of fitness; if you have any doubts
as to whether you will be able to cope with the demands of our holidays please contact us.
- It is your responsibility to check that your passport or any other documents that
you may require to travel are in order. We cannot accept any responsibility for any delay or expense
incurred through problems with documentation.
- Whilst on our holidays we expect a reasonable level of behaviour from our guests.
Any guest, whose behaviour is likely to cause danger, upset or distress anyone else or damage to property
could result in them being asked to leave the holiday. No refund will be given and we shall be under no
obligation to meet any costs you may incur as a result of your holiday being cancelled, for example
alternative accommodation.
- Green Olive Trekking operates a NO SMOKING policy in all transport provided by us.
Your hotel may put restrictions on the areas in which smoking is allowed. Due to the serious risk
of fire we operate a NO Smoking policy whilst we are walking.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
- You must be over the age of 18 to participate in our holidays.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
- We will do our very best to honour any special requests you make but we cannot guarantee these
will always be possible.
