On one of our holidays you will discover there’s a lot more to Mallorca than the overdeveloped tourist resorts crowded around the island’s coastline. Based in the North West of the island, in the Serra de Tramuntana region, you will walk across dramatic mountain ranges, beautiful terraced hillsides and along breathtaking coastal paths.
You will stay in either Soller; an historical market town or nearby Port de Soller a perfect horseshoe bay, in excellent hotels. Soller retains its rather grand air from the impressive 19th century stone houses with ornate balconies, once the homes of wealthy fruit merchants. The town is linked to Palma, the capital of Mallorca, by a unique narrow gauge train service. The train station itself has now been developed into an impressive modern art gallery. Nearby, is the traditional main square, with its buzzing cafes, restaurants and bars dominated by the neo-gothic church of St Bartomeu, with its meticulously carved rose window.
Port de Soller is one of the most photographed bays of Mallorca. It’s clear, turquoise waters, sandy beach and marina can be found at the end of a 15 minute tram ride from Soller. Here in the port you can relax at one of the many bars and restaurants along the newly refurbished promenade and marina.
Whichever resort you choose, you will stay in a hotel which offers a comfortable and friendly service. We will provide first class support throughout your stay ensuring the only thing you have to do is enjoy your holiday!
